Alerts While Filling a Prescription These alerts will pop up in the FILL screen, when you process a prescription. To create an alert, follow these step:

  1. Go to the Drug File Maintenance or Customer File Maintenance screen
  2. Search for the specific drug or customer you would like to create an alert for.
  3. Hit F11 to pull up the Drug/Customer Notes Screen.
  4. Type /ALERT followed by your alert message.
  5. Any time a prescription is filled with that specific drug or customer, the alert will appear.

Alerts While Viewing a Charge Account. These alerts will pop up only when you view a customer's charge account info. These alerts only work on patients and cannot be attached to a drug.

  4. Type /CHGALERT followed by your alert message.
