QuickSCRIP allows you to display custom text messages, both for drugs and for customers. This alert will appear during the fill process, and requires the technician type "OK" before they can bypass the alert.

To create an alert, follow these step:

  1. Go to the Drug File Maintenance or Customer File Maintenance screen
  2. Search for the specific drug or customer you would like to create an alert for.
  3. Hit F11 to pull up the Drug/Customer Notes Screen.
  4. Type /ALERT followed by your alert message.
  5. Any time a prescription is filled with that specific drug or customer, the alert will appear.
