While the DEA says that CIII – CV prescriptions may be refilled for six months, we have had several customers call saying that insurance companies are taking money back on prescriptions filled over 180 days. We have changed our system to limit these prescriptions to 180 days by default. If you wish to go back to the six month limit, please do the following:

1. From any menu, type UB and Enter to go the Business Control File.

2. Type 2 and Enter to go to Rx Dispensing Customization

3. To go back to a six month limit, change #51, Limit C345 to 180 days?, to N.
